The Holland Government International Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science as well as several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. The scholarship is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their bachelor’s or master’s in the Netherlands. Scholarship benefits
The Holland Government International Scholarship is not a full-tuition scholarship. Selected candidates will receive € 5,000.
Scholarship duration
The scholarship is only awarded in the first year of study.
Eligibility criteria for Holland Government International Scholarship
For you to be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- Be a citizen of a non-EEA country
- Meet the specific requirements of the institution of your choice
- Be applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions
- Not have a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands
